Laughin' Place is a two-story Ocean Front home on the Creek with one deck and two screened porches.  Laughin’ Place features three separate living areas so large groups of people have space for privacy as well.  Main floor has living and dining room combination, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths.  On same level is a 1 bedroom suite with bath and separate living area.  The upstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen.  There is a crab dock in the creek and a catwalk on the roof.
